I live in Leicester & those community organisations that Tim mentioned exist here and are fabulous at storing the food for the community who need it. There are certainly pockets of small communities and individuals who would also look out for each other too. So none of that is the issue. It's the government as stated who aren't even acknowledging the potential issue. No, I don't want them involved in everything I do, but in a crisis that is who we would all turn to for help- but if they don't have a plan then there will be bigger concerns.
